We strive to maintain high standards of service while navigating the complexities of insurance and record-keeping for a global workforce.

About the Role

The Administrative Clerk serves as a vital support pillar for our team, bridging the gap between complex data systems and member needs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is handled with courtesy and professionalism. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks: processing and securely filing insurance documents, entering and verifying member data across multiple systems, and preparing clear correspondence and reports. You will also manage the flow of information by routing phone and email inquiries, coordinating logistics, and maintaining organized electronic and paper records. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
