About the Role
This position serves as a Customer Enrollment Technician, functioning as a critical data steward within the organization's operational framework. The role is primarily task-based, dedicated to ensuring the integrity of customer enrollment information. By entering, reviewing, validating, and reconciling data across multiple systems, the technician guarantees that customer records are accurate, complete, and ready for downstream billing, planning, and operational use.
Day-to-Day Focus
The daily workflow involves navigating various internal databases and applications to maintain consistency between customer information, service attributes, and program participation identifiers. A significant portion of the time is spent performing routine reconciliations and conducting quality control checks to confirm that data meets established business rules. When discrepancies, missing data, or validation errors arise, the technician is responsible for researching and resolving them in coordination with internal teams. Additionally, the role includes producing basic reports to support enrollment tracking and documenting trends or recurring issues for escalation.
Engagement Details
This is a 3-month initial contract position located in Tempe, AZ, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days onsite per week. The role offers the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates should be prepared to follow defined procedures meticulously and document exceptions clearly as part of the standard workflow.

Requirements
