About the Role
The Project Coordinator serves as a vital bridge between our clients and our laboratory operations. In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of client projects from initial greeting and order entry through to final report delivery. You will manage the entire order process, utilizing our METrak system to maintain accuracy and oversee project setups.
Your day will involve scheduling and directing resources to meet client deliverable dates, attending kick-off meetings to ensure sample readiness, and maintaining proactive communication with customers. You will take ownership of client assignments, handling daily reporting, invoicing, and resolving any customer issues with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position requires a strong understanding of laboratory business dynamics, regulatory requirements, and the ability to guide customers on market needs.
Hiring Process
Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Santa Clara, CA are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

Requirements
