Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee and coordinate assigned study activities in partnership with Project Managers
- check_circleMaintain and monitor study calendars, scheduling onboarding and key project meetings
- check_circleManage the preparation, review, and finalization of study documentation and required reports
- check_circleCommunicate proactively with external stakeholders to facilitate efficient document flow
- check_circleConfigure and manage study setups within the Scout Clinical portal including user credentials
- check_circleManage client-facing communications including shared mailboxes ensuring timely responses
- check_circleProcess and track invoices for translation and other study-related services
- check_circleManage virtual card payments and ScoutPass distribution
- check_circleSend customer surveys and compile survey data
- check_circleProvide minor technical support for Scout portal users
Requirements
- verifiedBS or BA degree or equivalent experience
- verified1-2 years of clinical research experience
- verifiedStrong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- verifiedKnowledge of foreign currency and ability to convert to USD
