Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAlign cross-functional program goals with corporate objectives and develop mitigations
- check_circleGenerate and maintain integrated program timelines and dashboards for stakeholders
- check_circleProactively identify, mitigate, and manage program risks and interdependencies
- check_circleCommunicate program status, timelines, and key decisions to all key stakeholders
- check_circleLead and manage ad-hoc teams and projects with specific deliverables
- check_circleFacilitate risk-based decision making regarding program development and trade-offs
- check_circleAdvise and manage other program managers as necessary
- check_circleCreate project plans and track critical path activities, goals, risks, and contingencies
Requirements
- verifiedBS or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
- verified10+ years of industry related experience
- verified2 years of experience in a manager role
- verifiedPrior Program management experience in a matrix organization
- verifiedPMP certification preferred
- verifiedExpert proficiency with MS Project
- verifiedProficient with Workfront
- verifiedProficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- verifiedPrior technical experience in a scientific discipline
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S.
