Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless task execution
- check_circleConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve construction issues
- check_circleEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, team members, and management
- check_circlePrepare and present project updates, reports, and required documentation
- check_circleIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
- check_circleFoster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as needed
- check_circleDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress throughout the lifecycle
- check_circleOversee and manage electrical construction projects to meet objectives and client requirements
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 8 years' experience in project management within electrical construction industry
- verifiedStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
- verifiedProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- verifiedPMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
