The Project Controls Coordinator supports the Design & Construction team by managing the financial and contractual administration of capital projects from the design phase to the closeout phase. This role serves as the financial and administrative backbone for assigned projects, ensuring seamless coordination between department managers, General Contractors, Architects, and accounting teams. You will play a key part in maintaining organized, audit-ready digital project files and facilitating the timely processing of invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
