We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to serve as a vital partner to our Operations Manager within the Architecture Division. In this full-time, on-site role at our Rochester, NY headquarters, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring seamless financial reporting and administrative workflows.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to manage overhead expenses and financial reporting, while also assisting Project Managers with project initiation setups and invoice reviews. Your day-to-day will involve handling AIA contract documents and letter proposals, requiring a high degree of accuracy and organizational skill. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong interpersonal communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
