The Special Projects Manager, Office of the CEO serves as a central hub for the home office, performing a high-level blend of strategic project management and executive administrative duties. This role is designed to support the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief of Staff (CoS), ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office and the successful execution of organizational initiatives.
In this position, you will act as a catalyst for cross-functional projects, driving them from conception to completion while fostering a cohesive culture. You will be the professional "face" of the home office, managing complex logistics, synthesizing critical information for senior leaders, and identifying operational bottlenecks to implement streamlined workflows. The role requires a strategic mindset to anticipate the needs of the CEO and CoS, navigating a fast-paced environment with precision and discretion.
