As a Project Analyst, you will serve as a strategic liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior VA leadership. You will support the VistA Coordination and Rationalization and Decommissioning Analysis Teams, blending business analysis, program coordination, and strategic support. Your mission is to organize and track complex initiatives, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and ensure visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
In this fully remote role, you will operate effectively across both technical and executive environments. You will be the primary coordinator for workstream execution, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for leadership. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to draft executive-level materials, from briefing papers to status reports. You will work core hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET, with occasional travel (5-15%) required.

Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal health programs; understanding of system architecture concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes; ability to quickly learn new technical domains and concepts without requiring deep programming expertise; experience supporting executive-level briefings and decision forums; familiarity with healthcare IT, VistA, or EHR modernization efforts; experience supporting large-scale IT programs or federal government initiatives.
