Our interdisciplinary care team works tirelessly to promote the mental health and well-being of every young person in our care, ensuring they receive evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.
As a Program Therapist, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, delivering comprehensive care to youth across school, community, and home settings. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of young people and their families. You will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of direct clinical work and collaborative care. You will engage with youth and families both in-person and via telehealth, offering support during crises while maintaining a calm and safe environment. A significant portion of your time will be spent collaborating with schools, community agencies, and other providers to coordinate services and advocate for the youth. You will also participate in peer supervision and treatment team meetings to ensure the highest quality of care and adherence to Montana Medicaid and licensure regulations.

Interested candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a similar field from an accredited university. You must hold a current Montana professional license (SWLC, PCLC, MFLC, LCSW, LCPC, or MLFT) and be able to pass a criminal record and child abuse registry background check. A valid driver's license is also required.
