About the Role
As the Program Security Manager, you will serve as the principal point of contact for US government Security Representatives and lead the management and implementation of the overarching security program for the intelligence initiative. This role is critical to safeguarding national security information, processes, and products in alignment with Intelligence Community Directives and the National Industrial Security Program.
In this position, you will act as the Facility's Insider Threat Program Senior Official, conducting monthly reviews with committee members and managing certifications with DoD and IC clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating and executing security policies, overseeing personnel security processing, and managing document control for sensitive materials. You will also lead the Security Education Training and Awareness Program, developing operations security (OPSEC) briefings and conducting indoctrinations and cyber security briefings to maintain a robust security culture.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a Top Secret SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph to be considered for this position. The role requires a DCSA Certification, such as the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or a certified System Engineer ICAMS PACS (CSEIP) Certification.
