This Program Scheduler/Planner role is designed to support the NGCM Program, ensuring the seamless execution of complex defense contracts. You will be the analytical backbone of the team, developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that drive program delivery and meet rigorous customer reporting requirements.
In this fast-paced defense environment, you will coordinate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Control Account Managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams. Your day will involve performing critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and what-if scenario planning to keep the program on track. You will ensure compliance with government and contractual requirements, including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), while monitoring schedule health, logic, and resource loading.
