About the Team
In the Industrial Segment of our Steam Power Services business, time is the most critical resource. We support industrial partners across pulp and paper, chemical, refining, and waste-to-energy sectors by ensuring the reliable maintenance, repair, and upgrade of steam turbines and generators.
About the Role
As the Project Schedule Manager, you will serve as the "logical engine" behind our operations. You will partner with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate complex service scopes into executable project timelines. Your mission is to build, adjust, and modify schedules that balance customer requirements with operational realities, driving scheduling precision from the initial bid through to site demobilization.
You will optimize the uptime of essential industrial infrastructure, ensuring that every hour of downtime is minimized. This role is not just about tracking dates; it is about safeguarding the profitability of our services and the satisfaction of our most critical industrial customers.

- check_circleCollaborate with Commercial teams to provide realistic timeline commitments for customer proposals

Requirements

Nice to Have
Strong foundational knowledge of Lean principles, including experience applying Standard Work concepts, identifying and eliminating non-value-added time, and utilizing Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Professional certification such as PMP or PMI-SP. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and understanding how financial data integrates with Microsoft Project schedules. Previous experience in Industrial Services, Power Generation, or heavy mechanical turnarounds/outages.
