The Commercial team is dedicated to supporting end-to-end commercial execution for projects and service agreements. We partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless deal closure and successful project delivery.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for contract redlining, negotiation support, commercial risk reviews, and driving process improvements that standardize our operations and accelerate speed.
You will be energized by special projects that foster innovation and will thrive in an environment that requires navigating ambiguity. Your day-to-day will involve drafting and reviewing customer agreements, coordinating complex contract workflows, and identifying commercial risks with recommended mitigations. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to build standard operating procedures, contract playbooks, and dashboards that reduce friction and enhance risk management across the organization.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to participate in a series of interviews designed to assess technical competency, stakeholder management skills, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions with team members and leadership.
