About INNIO Group

INNIO Group is a global distributed energy solutions provider dedicated to delivering reliable, flexible, and efficient power. Under its Jenbacher and Waukesha brands, the company designs, manufactures, and services high-performance power systems for applications ranging from data centers and microgrids to industrial energy and gas compression. With a global installed base spanning approximately 100 countries, INNIO supports a resilient, high-margin services business that generates recurring revenue across the full equipment lifecycle.

As electricity demand accelerates due to AI, electrification, and grid constraints, INNIO enables scalable, behind-the-meter power generation. The company is committed to moving energy forward with solutions featuring high efficiency, fast start capabilities, strong transient performance, and fuel flexibility, including hydrogen-ready options. INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide.

About the Role

The Senior Project Management Staff Manager leads the Jenbacher Project Management team across the full product portfolio in the USA and Canada. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while overseeing the execution of new unit projects—from equipment-only supply to full turnkey solutions.

In this position, you will ensure delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and customer expectations. You will serve as a key customer interface during project execution, managing commercial aspects such as scope changes, claims, and contract clarifications. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, sourcing, operations, service, sales, and finance teams to resolve risks impacting schedule, cost, or quality. Based in Houston, TX, this is a hybrid role designed for a leader who can foster accountability and continuous improvement within a matrix organization.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process to assess technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by in-depth discussions with the hiring manager and cross-functional stakeholders. Finalists may participate in scenario-based assessments or presentations to demonstrate their approach to complex project management challenges.

Equal Opportunity Employer

INNIO is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, gender (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
