The Senior Project Management Staff Manager leads the Jenbacher Project Management team across the full product portfolio in the USA and Canada. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while overseeing the execution of new unit projects—from equipment-only supply to full turnkey solutions.
In this position, you will ensure delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and customer expectations. You will serve as a key customer interface during project execution, managing commercial aspects such as scope changes, claims, and contract clarifications. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, sourcing, operations, service, sales, and finance teams to resolve risks impacting schedule, cost, or quality. Based in Houston, TX, this is a hybrid role designed for a leader who can foster accountability and continuous improvement within a matrix organization.
