About the Role
BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager to support our Advanced Tactical Radios within the C4ISR area of business. This position is designed to manage program(s) for overall performance, ensuring objectives are met while driving all functional areas.
In this role, you will partner with internal and external customers, including the US Government, foreign entities, and domestic companies. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure product deliveries are prioritized and managed effectively. The role requires utilizing financial understanding to manage programs and report status to leadership, as well as preparing reports using the Microsoft Office suite to drive decision-making.
Communication is a key factor in this position. You will be expected to present to leadership to report status and answer questions, interacting with multiple functions and personalities across Engineering, Operations, Contracts, and Finance. This position is designed to provide experience that leads to growth opportunities within a team making a big impact on a global scale.
