As a Program Manager for Print and Mail, you will maintain strategic oversight of a cross-regional or national portfolio of accounts generating between $850k and $2M in annual revenue. This role is designed to bridge the gap between sales, implementation, and ongoing program management, ensuring that every account operates with maximum efficiency and profitability. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, building strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction while optimizing program performance through data-driven insights and change management strategies.
Your day-to-day involves managing a full spectrum of processes, from the initial Sales/TCO phase through to long-term program execution. You will work closely with business unit leaders to leverage metrics and resources, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Beyond operational oversight, you will play a pivotal role in business development, collaborating with sales and strategy teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and new client acquisition within your portfolio. This position requires a leader who can not only manage complex accounts but also mentor direct reports, drive financial performance, and ensure strict compliance with operational standards.
