About the Role

This position serves as the cornerstone of client satisfaction for our Houston operations and a key driver of long-term regional growth. The primary purpose is to deliver exceptional service, drive client retention, and grow revenue through strategic account management, proactive relationship development, and the flawless execution of contracted services.\n As the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, you will own the full client relationship, building and maintaining strong, trust-based connections through consistent engagement and performance reviews. You will oversee technical and operational delivery, ensuring client expectations are not only met but exceeded. This role involves conducting regular client visits and satisfaction reviews, including onshore and offshore site assessments, while developing and executing account plans tailored to each client's operational goals.

You will also play a vital role in business development by identifying new service opportunities within existing accounts and across adjacent industrial sectors. By leveraging industry relationships and monitoring market trends, you will help ensure Altrad Sparrows remains an approved and preferred vendor. This role reports directly to the Business Manager, offering significant visibility and the opportunity to influence shop-wide operations.
