As a Program Manager for Software Implementation, you will lead cross-functional programs to successfully deliver complex software implementation projects for state Medicaid programs. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
You will oversee planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Your day-to-day involves building and managing client relationships with State Medicaid clients, collaborating effectively with implementation, product, and engineering teams, and ensuring client satisfaction for defined pharmacy implementation projects. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic partnerships while monitoring progress toward business goals.
