The Program Manager for Software Implementation serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional programs to successfully deliver complex software implementation projects, specifically coordinating the delivery of our pharmacy solution suite for state Medicaid programs.
In this position, you will oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will build and manage client relationships with State Medicaid clients while collaborating effectively with implementation, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of services. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and the financial performance of Pharmacy implementation projects.
