Endeavors is dedicated to empowering people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities. We place the child, family, veteran, or client first in everything we do, striving to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
This Program Manager serves as the primary subject matter expert for two critical grant-funded initiatives: the Family and Youth Services Support (FYSS) outreach and service coordination program, and the Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support (HOPES) home visiting program. Operating across nine Texas counties—including Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller—the role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of comprehensive outreach and service coordination.

You will foster a positive, trauma-informed, and strength-based work environment while ensuring strict contract compliance and the accurate tracking of performance measures. This role involves developing communication strategies, monitoring program quality, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership to support positive community outcomes.
