About the Role
As the Program Manager for Organizational & Education Leadership within the School of Education and Behavioral Sciences, you will serve as the operational backbone of the program. Reporting directly to the Director, your primary mission is to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day management, administrative support, and student success initiatives.
In this role, you will foster a vibrant graduate culture by coordinating key events such as orientations, workshops, and networking opportunities. You will act as a bridge between faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners, ensuring the program meets its goals and learning outcomes. Your work will directly impact the student experience by supporting academic advising and managing critical data related to enrollment, program assessment, and accreditation.
