In preparation for the 2026-2027 school year, we are seeking a High School Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. This full-time, 12-month position serves as a vital partner to the Principal, supporting the management of all school operations to ensure academic excellence and student success.
As an Assistant Principal, you will act as an instructional leader, operational manager, and culture builder. You will work collaboratively with staff, students, and families to advance the school's mission, vision, and goals. This role requires modeling the essential skills of the Mesa Public Schools Portrait of a Graduate, demonstrating ethical leadership, accountability, collaboration, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts, aligning your work with district priorities to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
