This role is designed for a strategic thinker with strong technical and leadership skills to lead programs that power mission-critical technology. You will manage programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance with financial, technical, and contractual requirements. Your work will involve coordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts to meet goals for revenue, margin, and schedule. You will drive the resolution of technical issues, acceptance testing, and qualification testing for military and aerospace platforms while cultivating new business opportunities within key accounts and supporting proposal efforts.
