Infrastructure Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to support its growth. This role is designed to leverage resources across sister companies to manage complex construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead construction projects in collaboration with architects, engineers, field staff, owners, and subcontractors
- check_circleCommunicate with clients and design teams to resolve issues and expedite construction work
- check_circleEstimate project costs including quantity takeoffs and subcontractor pricing
- check_circleDevelop and manage project schedules
- check_circleTrack and manage RFIs throughout the project lifecycle
- check_circleOversee project bidding and buyout processes
- check_circleManage project budgets and financial performance
- check_circleCoordinate field supervision and subcontractor activities
- check_circleReview project estimates with operations teams to ensure logistical and site considerations
- check_circleSupport safety initiatives while on job sites
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- verified4+ years of experience in structural, flatwork, and/or site concrete construction
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
Nice to Have
Knowledge of alternative delivery projects. Hands-on construction experience.
