With our International Summer Schools, we offer young learners the opportunity to spend 2–4 weeks in North America, improving their English language skills while participating in a full-activity program of sports, discos, parties, excursions, and more.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and outgoing individual to join our team of Program Leaders in Jacksonville, FL. This is a seasonal, full-time position running for 3–4 weeks during July or August.

As a Program Leader, you will manage all operational aspects of our student programs. You will be the primary point of contact for students, host families, and international staff, ensuring a safe and satisfying experience throughout their time in the United States. Your day-to-day involves responding to inquiries, handling logistics, and creating a positive, energetic learning environment. You must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and maintaining flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
