The Student Success Coordinator at Clermont College serves as a vital bridge between scholarship administration and direct student support. Under the direction of the Director of Student Success, this role is designed to promote academic success, retention, and graduation for a diverse student population.
Approximately half of the position focuses on the meticulous administration of the scholarship program, managing the lifecycle from application processing to donor stewardship. The remaining half is dedicated to counseling and supporting students, with a particular emphasis on first-generation students, those with financial need, and other historically underserved populations. The Coordinator acts as a key resource for students navigating scholarship opportunities, financial aid considerations, and barriers to persistence, collaborating with campus departments and community partners to ensure coordinated support.
