This part-time position serves as the operational backbone for the TTU Online Waco office, ensuring a seamless administrative experience for faculty, staff, and students. The role is designed to be 100% in-person, requiring daily attendance to maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
You will act as a primary point of contact, assisting students with appointment scheduling, general inquiries, and connecting them with advisors and career services. Beyond direct student support, you will provide guidance on admissions, scholarships, and financial aid, while coordinating efforts across TTU, TTU Online, and MCC to drive student success.
The day-to-day rhythm involves managing office communications, including phone coverage and email, as well as overseeing the hiring, scheduling, and responsibilities of student workers. You will also handle critical administrative tasks such as procurement, reimbursement, and maintaining accurate databases for prospective, current, and alumni students. Additionally, you will support the Director and faculty with ad hoc projects and participate in student recruitment efforts, community events, and special receptions.
