The TexasBarCLE department is dedicated to advancing the legal profession through high-quality continuing legal education. Our mission is to support attorneys and professionals by delivering essential programming that enhances their expertise and practice skills.
As a Program Coordinator, you will serve as a pivotal link in the lifecycle of our continuing legal education (CLE) programs. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can operate with minimal supervision. You will work closely with staff, professionals, and volunteers to formulate program content, create promotional materials, and manage the logistical execution of events.
Your day-to-day involves coordinating course planning meetings, recruiting volunteer authors and speakers, and ensuring all program details meet MCLE accreditation standards. You will guide speakers through the preparation of written materials and lectures, manage their travel and audio-visual needs, and oversee the assembly and proofing of promotional pieces. Additionally, you will travel to program sites to coordinate registration, room setup, and food and beverage requirements, while maintaining accurate program files and databases.
