The Communications Specialist supports the Physician & Community Relations Manager and Marketing Team with the implementation of Physical Therapy @ St. Luke's social media strategies. This role involves engaging with online communities, delivering customer service support, executing tactics to increase brand presence and affinity on social media, and assisting with content creation.\n In this position, you will generate, edit, publish, and share daily content—including original text, images, video, or HTML—that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. You will set up and optimize company pages across platforms to increase visibility, write effective copy for various channels such as websites, Twitter, and Facebook, and maintain the Physical Therapy at St. Luke's website. Additionally, you will monitor Google and Yelp reviews, analyze patient survey data, manage email blasts, and coordinate photo shoots and promotional materials like flyers and brochures.
