This position serves as a flexible Program Specialist/Aid Subs floater within our regional network. You will be based at a primary site but may be requested to work across various locations in the area to support our mission. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, adapting to different club cultures while maintaining high standards of program delivery.
You will plan, implement, and supervise activities that promote the safety of members, the quality of our programs, and the overall appearance of the Club. As a key representative of our organization, you will act as a mentor and role model, inspiring youth, adults, and volunteers through creative engagement and positive guidance.
Your day will involve facilitating engaging programs and activities tailored to youth development needs. You will design colorful displays and bulletin boards to promote program areas and assist in executing national projects and exhibits. A significant part of your role involves building and cultivating positive relationships with youth, parents, local community leaders, schools, and churches.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of participants, schedules, attendance, and program results. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM (up to 4 hours a day), summer hours may vary. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to support fundraising events and activities in after-school and recreational settings, both indoors and outdoors.
