As an EHS Teacher I/II within our Head Start Program (Early Explorers Center), you will serve as a vital instructor in the Educational Service Component. Your primary focus is to guide children through activities designed to promote their holistic development according to their unique age and stage of growth.
This role goes beyond the classroom; you will be a partner to parents, enhancing their role as the primary influence in their child's education. You will integrate educational aspects into the daily schedule, assist families in identifying home-based learning activities, and foster a sense of pride in the children's cultural and ethnic backgrounds. In bilingual settings, you will bridge communication gaps, ensuring children and families are supported in their primary language.
