The STEM Division at Rose State College is seeking a Professor of Engineering or Engineering Technology to help prepare graduates for careers in the Aerospace, Manufacturing, Energy, and related industries. This position is designed to foster student success through rigorous instruction, active mentorship, and a commitment to evolving educational practices.
As a member of the faculty, you will teach a full course load of 15 credit hours each Fall and Spring semester, maintaining a minimum 27.5-hour weekly on-campus presence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering instruction in both traditional and online settings, supervising laboratory and classroom facilities, and providing academic advisement to students. You will also collaborate with colleagues to revise syllabi, select textbooks, and serve on college committees, ensuring the program remains responsive to industry needs.
