The Department of Engineering at Houston Christian University (HCU) is seeking passionate faculty members to teach and mentor students in a Christian work environment. The department is currently experiencing tremendous growth due to a generous scholarship, with anticipated openings beginning in Fall 2026 and potentially as early as January 2026. Candidates should be available to begin work in Fall 2026 or later.
As an Instructor of Computer Science or Cybersecurity, you will design and teach undergraduate courses and labs while actively participating in departmental activities such as curriculum development, student mentoring, committee work, and program assessment. The successful candidate will articulate a vision for the role of their discipline that supports the university's core convictions.
