About the Role
The Manufacturing Supervisor serves as the day-to-day leader for a team or shift, operating under the Senior Operations Manager. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost. You will empower production personnel to make informed decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans, ensuring performance targets are met.
In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will foster a zero-injury culture through continuous improvement and employee engagement. Your day will involve coaching teams to encourage individual problem-solving, resolving technical and operational issues with tact and diplomacy, and collaborating with cross-functional groups such as engineering, quality, and maintenance. You will lead specific improvement projects, manage hiring and performance reviews, and ensure parts are processed according to established specifications while maintaining on-time delivery.
