About the Role
As a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift, you will be responsible for the overall results of a single shift on a manufacturing operations line. Your leadership will focus on day-to-day operations and tactical requirements, coordinating activities to ensure the delivery of key performance metrics in EHS, Quality, Finance, Productivity, and People.
You will lead efforts to deliver quality and compliance performance, initiating and managing decisions that impact product quality. This role involves managing budget accountability for headcount, overtime, and direct expenses while driving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) performance. You will understand key performance indicators and execute plans for improvement through team engagement. Additionally, you will control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules.
