About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will serve as the day-to-day leader for a team or shift within our aerospace manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your primary mission is to drive performance in four prioritized areas: Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost.
In this role, you will empower production personnel to make informed decisions guided by our policies and business plan. You will foster a zero-injury culture through continuous improvement and employee engagement, transforming your team into active problem-solvers. Your day will involve coordinating activities, measuring performance against the plan, and resolving technical and operational issues with tact and diplomacy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and maintenance groups to lead specific improvement projects and ensure parts are processed according to strict specifications.

Requirements
