Georgia-Pacific's Mailers division is part of the Packaging and Cellulose business, currently expanding its product lines to complement its thriving recyclable padded mailer business. We work closely with key customers to create and launch new products. This facility in Jonestown, PA, is climate-controlled and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.

About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven Production Supervisor with a passion for excellence in Safety, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, and Customer Focus. This role is ideal for a leader ready to take on broader responsibility and continue developing within the organization.

In this position, you will serve as the go-to Stand-In supervisor, covering for other supervisors on vacation, sick leave, or when unavailable. You will be available to step in at short notice to maintain operational continuity. Your day-to-day involves facilitating facility certification processes in coordination with the Superintendent, conducting regular assessments of training programs, and driving safety excellence by promoting employee ownership and accountability.

You will also act as a mentor, coaching and developing hourly personnel in safety, quality, conflict resolution, and production. Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback to other supervisors and management regarding performance issues and improvement opportunities.
