About the Role

As a Quality Inspector/Auditor on the 3rd Shift, you will serve as a critical guardian of our production integrity. This role exists to ensure that our manufacturing processes adhere to strict ISO policies, work instructions, and customer specifications. You will be the eyes and ears on the floor, performing a variety of operational functions that span from initial process audits to final product verification.

Your day will involve navigating the production floor from the Pressing stage through to Paint, conducting 3–5 plant-wide audit rounds to verify job requirements and first article completion. You will inspect random parts and perform 100% final inspections on assigned lines, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing any necessary holds or re-inspections. Beyond inspection, you will maintain the integrity of our quality systems by managing gage calibration trackers, organizing audit-ready documentation, and participating in corrective action initiatives. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized work environment and effectively communicating findings to drive continuous improvement.
