The Quality Supervisor is an entry-level position designed to support manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality standards are consistently met. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement through Operational Excellence principles, including Standard Work, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
In this position, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement and assisting teams in adapting to new processes and systems. The role involves evaluating existing processes to identify waste and inefficiencies, implementing countermeasures, and collecting data to track progress and identify new opportunities for growth.
