The Shift Manager (3rd Shift) serves as the operational leader for the Printing Department, directing daily production activities for corrugated container manufacturing. This role exists to ensure that our production teams operate safely, cost-effectively, and in strict adherence to customer and company standards. As the primary point of contact between the floor and management, you will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, driving changes that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
In this position, you will act as a problem solver and coach for plant technicians, managing workflow, material movement, and staffing needs to meet daily production goals. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and organized environment while facilitating clear communication between employees and leadership.

Previous experience leading people in a box plant, printing operation, converting operation, or paper mill. Associates degree (or equivalent experience) in business, management, or supervision. Familiarity with business management programs (KIWI, SAP, etc.).
