About the Role
We are seeking a leader to provide vision and management as we strive to remain world-class in operating efficiency and capacity. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for order planning, employee coordination, and process management to support overall operations.
You will oversee product lines critical to our customers' lives, ranging from durable medical goods like canes and wheelchairs to in-home hospital beds and respiratory products. Your focus will be on driving best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and People development within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleProcess information in the SAP system
- check_circleOversee inspection of exterior packaging to ensure proper procedures are followed
- check_circleMaintain compliance with safety norms and a clean work area
- check_circleAssist in training new hires and temporary associates
- check_circleAssist in developing processes and monitoring department performance
- check_circleCommunicate with customer service representatives as needed
- check_circleInvestigate customer complaints
- check_circlePlan and prioritize daily work schedules to meet customer requirements
- check_circleEnsure items are packed with appropriate packaging and new labels
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience
- verifiedLead and direct experience
- verifiedBasic mechanical skills & hand tools experience
- verifiedBasic computer skills (PC, labeling software, MS Office, RF scanners)
- verifiedSAP or Warehouse Management System experience
- verifiedAbility to follow written and verbal direction
- verifiedAbility to handle sensitive or confidential information
- verifiedPreferred: Material handling equipment experience (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- verifiedPreferred: Troubleshooting technical skills
- verifiedPreferred: Team problem resolution experience
Nice to Have
Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Technical skills including troubleshooting. Experience with team problem resolution, driving to root cause, and implementing containment and corrective action.
