About the Role

The Production Supervisor serves as a vital leader within our manufacturing teams, dedicated to creating a safe, productive, and profitable environment. This role is about more than just managing a line; it is about developing high-performance work teams through ongoing coaching and direction, enabling a "People First" culture.

In this position, you will plan and facilitate the work of team members to support on-time completion of production schedules while upholding rigorous quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives. You will lead small areas or processes within the production facility, providing daily support to troubleshoot issues in both union and non-union environments. Your day will involve conducting root-cause analyses to resolve problems, championing process improvements through Kaizen events, and ensuring that 5S standards are implemented and sustained. You will act as a bridge between the production floor and business goals, reporting on nonconformance issues and maintaining accurate records to drive continuous improvement.
