About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, running and monitoring cheese and whey processing, packaging, and support equipment. This role exists to ensure our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of product integrity.
You will follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols while measuring, loading, and inspecting raw materials and finished products. Your day will involve completing accurate production records, performing basic troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers hands-on dairy manufacturing experience with genuine opportunities to grow your career within our operations team.
