About the Role
As a Deli Clerk, you will be the face of our Deli Department, dedicated to maximizing sales and profit through courteous and efficient customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your passion for food and dedication to service directly impact the community.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from greeting customers and answering questions to preparing fresh sandwiches, salads, and party trays. You will manage the flow of merchandise by receiving deliveries, inspecting quality, and stocking coolers and display cases. Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment is paramount, requiring you to adhere to health codes, clean equipment and floors, and monitor temperatures throughout the shift. Whether you are operating a slicer, managing the cash register, or rotating product on the shelves, your attention to detail ensures our customers receive the best experience possible.
