About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled leader to manage a portfolio of new and developing solar and storage assets within our ROI fleet across the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States, spanning sites from North Dakota through Maine. This role is designed for an individual who will lead a team of technicians in the daily operations and maintenance of solar and storage assets varying in size and scale.
The ideal candidate will live in the region to support the necessary travel schedule. As a leader in this position, you will be responsible for the safety of all personnel and ensuring environmental compliance with all required regulatory permits. You will drive performance by delivering on key indicators including availability, production, and cost, while managing all aspects of site business and operations to achieve production and business targets in an injury-free environment.
