The Professional Supervisor in the P ZA ADMIN - T&D OPERATIONS Department plays a pivotal role in directing and supervising training academics and activities for the Division. This position exists to cultivate change and ensure employee competencies by utilizing continuous improvement best practices such as LEAN Six Sigma and ADKAR Change Management. The goal is to enhance high performance with a safety mindset and operational excellence, ensuring that the Company's service promise, WeConnect philosophies, and core values permeate the Division's daily activities.
In this role, you will collaborate with supervisors and division personnel to develop, maintain, and coordinate comprehensive training courses and programs. You will work closely with field personnel to identify training needs, develop curriculum for technical training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives. Your day-to-day involves facilitating the delivery of training through various modes, updating manuals and standard operating procedures, and supporting succession planning to prepare employees for next-level positions. You will also assist in the development and monitoring of the division's annual training budget and may temporarily substitute for other staff during incident command events or emergencies.
