About the Role
The Foreman position provides leadership and technical expertise for a solar installation crew of three to six members. As a Foreman, you will ensure the successful completion of residential and small commercial projects by managing safety, quality, customer service, and productivity. You will organize, lead, and train crew members while effectively managing all aspects of the construction workflow. Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum 2 years construction experience including 1 year solar installation
- verifiedExperience with electrical work up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC
- verifiedValid driver's license and clean driving record
- verifiedState electrical certification/license preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of NEC and applicable codes
- verifiedUnderstanding of OSHA standards
- verifiedCPR and first aid certifications
- verifiedComputer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
