About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will feel right at home in your "field" office, always on the go. This role is designed for those who love landscaping and spending time outside marveling at nature's beauty. There is no monotony here; you will be constantly checking in on your crews and meeting with clients to ensure we are exceeding their expectations.
You will lead multiple crew associates focusing on maintenance operations and manage all landscape enhancement services. Your day will involve coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work. You will inspect properties prior to scheduled service to prepare specific action plans, monitor production hours, and allocate labor across an assigned geographic location. A key part of your mission is to partner with the Sales team to ensure speed, simplicity, and confidence for all clients, while also collaborating with the Mechanics Team to ensure timely repairs. You will also be responsible for on-site training, skill development, and mentoring direct reports to prepare them for future growth opportunities within the organization.
